OUR MUSEUMS

Each of our museums—and the incredible history contained within them—is the result of countless hours of dedication, restoration, effort, focus, intent, and yes, expense—all gratefully given for the sake of preserving history. Every nut, bolt, vintage oil can, chainsaw, tractor, excavator, and piece of mining equipment has been skillfully restored and curated to honor humankind’s enduring quest for industry, innovation, construction, and the pursuit of a better future.
In 2019, John B. Haines IV and Linda Haines founded the Haines Historical Foundation (HHF), a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving, managing, maintaining, and further developing the awe-inspiring museums, antique collections, and historic grounds of The Haines Estate. Each of our museums and surrounding grounds operate under HHF, and we collaborate closely with The Museum at Hoppenville to ensure this rich history remains accessible and inspiring for all who visit.
