The Bank Barn brings hand-hewn timber, a string-light ceiling, and sliding doors thrown open to the adjacent lawn, so a cocktail hour can spread naturally from the barn floor out into the grass while the evening cools. The Welcome Center offers a more polished frame for the same idea: 20-foot ceilings, wrought-iron chandeliers, a stone fireplace, and a full-length patio opening to the gardens, giving you a cocktail layout indoors with a garden layout just outside the doors. Both spaces are set up for standing conversation and passed drinks rather than a seated dinner, which fits how these evenings actually run. Robert Ryan Catering & Design and Tosco's Catering, the estate's two in-house caterers, handle the food and can plan a menu suited to a shorter, celebratory event. Bar service comes from a licensed, insured bartender or caterer, arranged through your catering choice. If the weather turns, the indoor rain plan comes at no extra cost, decided together 24 to 48 hours before the date.
