A banquet hall set for an event with round tables, chandeliers, and draped ceiling fabric

Events

Every kind of gathering, every kind of room.

★★★★★5.0 on Google. A restored country estate in Pennsburg, PA.

One estate, ready for whatever you're planning.

From a board retreat to a fiftieth birthday, an event at The Museum at Hoppenville gets the whole estate working for it. Present under the chandeliers of the Welcome Center, toast on the covered patio at sunset, then move the party into the timber-framed Bank Barn. Three restored spaces mean the room can match the moment.

Corporate teams come for the A/V-ready hall, ample parking, and full catering. Families come for milestone birthdays, showers, reunions, and celebrations of life. Nonprofits come for galas with a photography backdrop and room for two hundred. Whatever the occasion, it never feels like a rented ballroom.

You get the grounds to yourselves, a coordinator to run the timeline, a choice of two caterers who know the property, and the freedom to bring the vendors you already trust.

Why host here

A venue built to handle the details.

A room for every size

An eight-person board dinner in the Cottage or two hundred and twenty for a reception in the Welcome Center. We match the space to your headcount.

A/V and logistics ready

Power, presentation-ready spaces, ample on-site parking, and load-in access for corporate meetings, trade shows, and productions.

Catering handled

Your vendors welcome

Bring your own planner, florist, photographer, or entertainment. We keep a trusted list too, and a coordinator to tie it all together.

How It Works

From inquiry to the big day.

Booking an event is a short, clear path. Most hosts go from first note to a held date in a single visit.

  1. Inquire

Send your date, headcount, and the kind of event. We reply quickly, usually the same day.

  2. Tour

Walk the venues and the grounds with us and picture your event in each space.

  3. Proposal

We build a tailored proposal with your date held and the options that fit your plan.

  4. Reserve

Sign the agreement and place a deposit to lock your date on the calendar.

  5. Host

Your coordinator runs the timeline on the day. You focus on your guests.

We had an amazing experience at this event center. The space was beautiful, the staff was friendly and organized, and every detail was thoughtfully done. We've attended many events and they never disappoint. Highly recommended for weddings, parties, and your special events.

We just went to our first event here. I cannot say enough about the venue. The building itself is beautiful and very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the outside patio is stunning with a great sunset. I hope to come back soon!

We recently celebrated our daughter's first birthday here, and I truly can't say enough good things. The venue is absolutely stunning, so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. There truly isn't anything else like it in the area.

FAQ

Event questions, answered.

Q:What kinds of events do you host?

A:Corporate meetings and retreats, fundraisers and galas, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, showers, reunions, rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life, and photo or film shoots. If it needs a beautiful room and room to move, we can host it.

Q:How many guests can you accommodate?

A:From small board dinners of eight or ten up to two hundred and twenty in the Welcome Center. Each venue has its own comfortable range, so we match the space to your guest count.

Q:Is catering included, or can we bring our own?

A:All catering comes from one of our two caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, quoted separately so you only pay for what you choose. Both know the kitchen and the property, and bar service is available through them as well.

Q:Is the space set up for presentations and corporate events?

A:Yes. The Welcome Center is presentation-ready with power and space for screens and sound, plus ample parking and easy load-in for meetings, seminars, and trade shows.

Q:Do you host photo shoots and productions?

A:We do. The estate offers multiple period sets, from the timber Bank Barn to the gardens and grounds, for editorial shoots, lookbooks, and small film productions.

Q:What is included in the rental?

A:Tables, chairs, setup and teardown, on-site parking, and a coordinator to run your timeline. Catering, bar, and any add-ons are quoted clearly and separately.

Q:How far ahead should we book?

A:Popular dates, especially Saturdays and the holiday season, book out well in advance. Reach out early with your date and we will tell you what is open.

Q:Is the estate accessible?

A:Yes. The grounds and main venues are accessible for guests with mobility needs. Tell us about any specific needs and we will have everything ready.
