The 5,400-square-foot room carries a party well past dinner: 20-foot ceilings, wrought-iron chandeliers, polished concrete underfoot for an open floor guests can move around on, and a full-length patio where your crowd can step outside for air between toasts. The room is A/V ready, so a DJ, a slideshow of the year's highlights, or a podium for leadership remarks all plug in without extra rigging. On-site parking for about 100 vehicles lets staff and clients drive in directly, and the space is fully ADA accessible for every guest on your list. Catering comes from one of the estate's two exclusive in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, and your bar service runs through a licensed, insured bartender or caterer. Tours run Tuesday through Saturday by appointment, a practical way to walk the room and settle on banquet, cocktail, or lounge before you book.
