General
Pennsburg, PA 18073 (Upper Montgomery County). About 45 minutes from Center City Philadelphia, 30 minutes from Allentown, and 20 minutes from Quakertown.
Tours are by appointment Tuesday through Saturday. Use the Schedule a Tour form and we'll confirm a time within one business day.
For florists, photographers, planners, and entertainment, yes: use our preferred list or bring your own. Catering is the exception. Every event is catered by one of our two caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering.
Every venue has an indoor rain plan ready to deploy. We make the call together 24–48 hours out, and there's no extra cost for the switch.
Bar service must be provided by a licensed and insured bartender or caterer.
The Welcome Center is fully accessible, including parking, ceremony space, restrooms, and reception areas. The Bank Barn has ground-floor access; the Cottage has a small step up to the porch.
Social and corporate events can arrive two hours before their start time; wedding-day timelines are discussed with each client. Sound checks and rehearsals can be scheduled the day before.
The Cottage on-site sleeps 6. Nearby hotels include the Holiday Inn Express in Quakertown, the Hampton Inn in Limerick, and smaller B&Bs in Bally and Boyertown.
Yes. The Welcome Center is A/V ready and hosts everything from sales kickoffs and product launches to fundraisers, galas, and team retreats.
Yes. The construction and transportation museum can be opened for guests during your event window with prior arrangement. Many couples use it for a unique cocktail-hour experience.
Weddings
The estate hosts weddings up to 220 guests seated in the Welcome Center. Each venue has its own comfortable range, so we can match the space to your guest count.
Tables, chairs, setup and teardown, getting-ready suites, on-site parking, and a venue coordinator to run your timeline. Catering and bar are quoted separately so you only pay for what you choose.
A standard wedding rental runs the full event day. We will walk you through start times, end times, and any overtime options when we put your proposal together.

Every venue has both an indoor and an outdoor option, so an outdoor ceremony can move under cover without losing the day. We finalize a weather plan with you well ahead of time.
A deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on a schedule we set together. Your agreement lays out the full payment schedule and the cancellation terms in writing.
There is ample on-site parking. The Cottage sleeps your party right on the estate, and we are happy to point you to nearby hotels for other guests.
Yes. The grounds and main venues are accessible for guests with mobility needs. Tell us about any specific needs and we will make sure everything is ready for your day.
Events
Corporate meetings and retreats, fundraisers and galas, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, showers, reunions, rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life, and photo or film shoots. If it needs a beautiful room and room to move, we can host it.
All catering comes from one of our two caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, quoted separately so you only pay for what you choose. Both know the kitchen and the property, and bar service is available through them as well.
Yes. The Welcome Center is presentation-ready with power and space for screens and sound, plus ample parking and easy load-in for meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
We do. The estate offers multiple period sets, from the timber Bank Barn to the gardens and grounds, for editorial shoots, lookbooks, and small film productions.
Tables, chairs, setup and teardown, on-site parking, and a coordinator to run your timeline. Catering, bar, and any add-ons are quoted clearly and separately.
Popular dates, especially Saturdays and the holiday season, book out well in advance. Reach out early with your date and we will tell you what is open.
The Museum
The museum opens by private appointment Tuesday through Saturday. It is not a walk-in attraction, so reach out ahead and we will set a time that works for your group.
We can incorporate museum experiences into your event. Discuss the options with our coordinator when you plan your day.
We welcome bus tours, history and car clubs, and school field trips by arrangement. Group rates apply. Tell us your group size and we will plan the visit.
Restored construction and transportation equipment, a nationally recognized Mack Truck collection, the Haines family and dirt-track racing vehicles, and a growing model railroad.
There is ample on-site parking, and the main spaces are accessible for visitors with mobility needs. Let us know about any specific needs and we will have everything ready.
Plan on about an hour to see the collections at an easy pace, longer if you love the details. We will never rush you through.
The Cottage
Up to six guests across three bedrooms.
Yes. The Cottage rents on its own as a weekend getaway or a quiet workspace retreat. It is also listed on Airbnb.
There is. The Cottage has a full kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals, including the morning-after breakfast for the wedding party.
It sits right on the estate, a short walk from the main venues. The wedding party can get ready, celebrate, and stay over without leaving the grounds.
The whole cottage is yours: three bedrooms, the full kitchen, the living room, and the private porch with its orchard view. We share check-in details ahead of your arrival.
The Welcome Center
Up to 220 guests, whether that is a plated dinner or a cocktail-style reception.
Both. The patio and adjacent lawn host outdoor ceremonies; the indoor space converts for a rain plan with the same setup.
Yes. On-site parking accommodates up to 100 vehicles. Overflow parking is available on the grounds when needed.
The Bank Barn
It dates to the mid-1800s, one of the original structures on the estate. We've stabilized and restored it without changing the original architecture.
No. We are able to open and close the barn doors for the breeze, which keeps the space comfortable.
