A wedding ceremony arch on the lawn at The Museum at Hoppenville

Weddings

A venue for the day you'll remember.

★★★★★5.0 on Google. A restored country estate in Pennsburg, PA.

One estate, room for every part of your day.

A wedding at The Museum at Hoppenville is never squeezed into a single room. Say your vows on the open lawn, gather for cocktails on the covered porch, then dance under the timber beams of the Bank Barn or the chandeliers of the Welcome Center. The whole 24-acre estate becomes the backdrop for your day.

Three restored spaces mean the setting can match the day you have in mind, whether that is an intimate ceremony or two hundred and twenty guests for a full reception. Every space has an indoor and an outdoor option, so the weather never decides your day for you.

You keep the estate to yourselves. One wedding at a time, your own coordinator, a choice of two caterers who know the property, and the freedom to bring the florist and photographer you already love.

Why Hoppenville

Three restored venues. One unforgettable day.

A venue for any guest count

Up to 220 guests. An intimate ceremony, a full reception, or a full-weekend takeover of the whole estate.

Indoor and outdoor, always

Every space has a rain plan ready to deploy. Ceremony on the lawn or the patio, reception inside or under the string lights.

Everything included, in writing

Tables, chairs, setup and teardown, getting-ready suites, parking, and a coordinator to run your timeline. Catering and bar are quoted clearly and separately.

Your vendors, your way

Florists, photographers, planners, and entertainment: use our preferred list or bring your own. Catering comes from one of our two house caterers, who know the property inside and out.

How It Works

From first hello to last dance.

Booking the estate is a short, clear path. Most couples go from inquiry to a held date in a single visit.

  1. Inquire

Send a note with your date and guest count. We reply quickly, usually the same day.

  2. Tour

Walk the venues and the grounds with us.

  3. Proposal

We build a tailored proposal with your date held and the package options that fit your vision.

  4. Reserve

Sign the agreement and place your deposit to lock in your date on the calendar.

  5. Plan and celebrate

Your coordinator guides you through a planning meeting a few weeks out. Then you celebrate.

We held my sister's bridal shower at the Museum at Hoppenville. I could not have been more happy with the entire process. From our first visit to the actual event, everyone at the venue was so professional and made things go so smoothly. The venue is beautiful and all of our guests were so impressed.

We had an amazing experience at this event center. The space was beautiful, the staff was friendly and organized, and every detail was thoughtfully done. We've attended many events and they never disappoint. Highly recommended for weddings, parties, and your special events.

FAQ

Wedding questions, answered.

Q:How many guests can you accommodate?

A:The estate hosts weddings up to 220 guests seated in the Welcome Center. Each venue has its own comfortable range, so we can match the space to your guest count.

Q:What is included in the rental fee?

A:Tables, chairs, setup and teardown, getting-ready suites, on-site parking, and a venue coordinator to run your timeline. Catering and bar are quoted separately so you only pay for what you choose.

Q:How many hours does the rental cover?

A:A standard wedding rental runs the full event day. We will walk you through start times, end times, and any overtime options when we put your proposal together.

Q:Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?

A:For florists, photographers, planners, and entertainment, yes: ours or yours. Catering is different. Every wedding is catered by one of our two caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, who know the kitchen and the property.

Q:What is the backup plan if it rains?

A:Every venue has both an indoor and an outdoor option, so an outdoor ceremony can move under cover without losing the day. We finalize a weather plan with you well ahead of time.

Q:What is the deposit and payment schedule?

A:A deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on a schedule we set together. Your agreement lays out the full payment schedule and the cancellation terms in writing.

Q:Is there parking, and can guests stay overnight?

A:There is ample on-site parking. The Cottage sleeps your party right on the estate, and we are happy to point you to nearby hotels for other guests.

Q:Is the estate accessible?

A:Yes. The grounds and main venues are accessible for guests with mobility needs. Tell us about any specific needs and we will make sure everything is ready for your day.
