Format · 80–220 guests
Venue, catering, bar, planning, and rentals, sourced and managed by the estate.
An all-inclusive wedding at The Museum at Hoppenville means the estate handles the pieces that usually take months to coordinate on your own. The Welcome Center is the recommended setting for this format: 5,400 square feet under 20-foot ceilings, with wrought-iron chandeliers, a stone fireplace, and polished concrete floors that read as finished without extra styling. A full-length patio opens straight to the gardens, so indoor and outdoor space work as one flow for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, with room for 80 to 220 guests and on-site parking for about 100 vehicles. Catering is exclusive to Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, so the biggest single decision of a wedding day arrives already narrowed to two proven partners instead of an open search. Bar service is arranged through a licensed, insured bartender or caterer, and rentals and coordination run through the estate under one contract, so tables, chairs, and the day's timeline are not separate vendors to chase down. You are still free to bring your own florist, photographer, planner, or entertainment, or work from the estate's preferred list. An indoor rain plan is included at no extra cost, decided together 24 to 48 hours out, so weather never becomes its own negotiation. Tours run by appointment Tuesday through Saturday if you want to see it first.
