When you want the venue, catering, bar, planning support, and rentals bundled into one quote and one contract, the Welcome Center is where that comes together at The Museum at Hoppenville. Every variable that changes what you pay, day of the week, which venue, which season, is built into a published pricing matrix, so you are working from real numbers from your first conversation, not waiting for a proposal to find out what fits your budget. Day-of coordination is included in every rental here, and our team walks you through the timeline at least twice before your date arrives, so the pieces you are counting on to be handled are actually handled. Catering comes from one of our two in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, and bar service runs through a licensed, insured bartender or caterer, keeping the day under one contract. For everything else, your florist, your photographer, your planner, your band or DJ, you can use our preferred list or bring in your own. The Welcome Center holds up to 220 guests across 5,400 square feet, with on-site parking for about 100 vehicles and an indoor rain plan at no extra cost. Tours run Tuesday through Saturday by appointment, so you can see the space and start pricing your day.
