Budget
Off-peak, mid-week, or smaller venue. Under-$15k is on the table.
Under $15,000 is realistic here when you build the day around the Bank Barn and the calendar works in your favor. The Bank Barn is a restored mid-1800s post-and-beam barn that seats about 150, with hand-hewn timber overhead, a string-light ceiling, and sliding doors that open onto an adjacent lawn for your ceremony. Choosing an off-peak season or a mid-week date, rather than the Welcome Center on a Saturday in high season, is what moves a wedding here into this range. Because the barn isn't climate-controlled, doors stay open for the breeze, and if weather turns, you get an indoor rain plan at no extra cost, decided together 24 to 48 hours out. Our coordination team walks you through the day-of timeline more than once so nothing falls through the cracks at this budget. Catering comes from one of our two in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, and beyond that you're free to bring your own florist, photographer, planner, or band, or work from our preferred list. Bar service just needs to run through a licensed, insured bartender or caterer. Tour the Bank Barn in person, Tuesday through Saturday by appointment, and ask us directly what a date at this level looks like for your guest count and season.</parameter> </invoke>
