That kind of proximity means your ceremony and reception sit inside the same afternoon your guests already know, the same stretch of Montgomery County's Upper Perkiomen Valley where they pass Perkiomen Valley Library and spend weekends at Upper Perkiomen Park. For a wedding sized to fill the room, the Welcome Center holds up to 220 guests under its 20-foot ceilings and wrought-iron chandeliers, with a full-length patio onto the gardens and parking for about 100 vehicles on site. A smaller, more intimate guest list fits the Bank Barn, a restored mid-1800s post-and-beam barn seating about 150, with its string-light ceiling, sliding doors, and adjoining lawn for the ceremony itself. Either way, catering comes from Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, the estate's two exclusive in-house caterers, and an indoor rain plan is built into your date at no extra cost. Guests coming in from East Greenville, Pennsburg, Red Hill, and Bally can gather on one property all day, and if family wants to stay over, The Cottage, an 1850s schoolhouse turned three-bedroom retreat, sleeps six to eight, right on the grounds.
