Bank Barn or Welcome Center; both seat 125 comfortably.
At 125 guests, the Bank Barn is the venue we point most couples toward: with room for about 150, your group fills it without crowding the dance floor or the bar line, and there's still breathing room around the hand-hewn timber and string-light ceiling. The sliding barn doors open to the adjoining lawn, so your ceremony can sit on the grass and your reception moves indoors under the same string lights, all on ground-floor access with no stairs to manage. Because the barn isn't climate-controlled, the doors stay open for the breeze on a warm evening; if weather turns, every venue here includes an indoor rain plan at no extra cost, and we make that call together 24 to 48 hours out. If you'd rather trade the barn's rustic beams for the Welcome Center's 20-foot ceilings and stone fireplace, that room seats 125 just as comfortably with room to spare toward its 220-guest capacity. Either way, catering comes exclusively from Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, while your florist, photographer, planner, and entertainment can come from our preferred list or your own. Bar service runs through a licensed, insured bartender or caterer. Tours run Tuesday through Saturday by appointment, so you can walk both spaces before deciding which one fits your 125 guests best.
