At 175 guests, the Welcome Center is the right room for you. With 5,400 square feet and capacity up to 220, it holds this size comfortably and still leaves room to breathe: long-table seating for a family-style feel, or rounds if you want a more traditional layout, plus a real dance floor once dinner clears. The 20-foot ceilings and wrought-iron chandeliers keep a group this size from feeling cramped, and the stone fireplace anchors one end of the room while the full-length patio opens straight out to the gardens, so guests can move outside for cocktail hour or fresh air between courses without leaving the party. On-site parking for about 100 vehicles covers a 175-guest count without overflow logistics, and the space is fully ADA accessible. Every rental here includes day-of coordination, and we walk you through the timeline at least twice before your date so a group this size moves smoothly from ceremony to reception. Catering comes from one of our two exclusive in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, both practiced at feeding a crowd this size well. Bring your own florist, photographer, or band, or choose from our preferred list. If weather turns, the Welcome Center's indoor rain plan is built in at no extra cost, decided together 24 to 48 hours out.
