Capacity
Long tables, the full Welcome Center floor, and the patio for cocktail hour.
Two hundred guests fits comfortably inside the Welcome Center, which holds up to 220 across its 5,400 square feet, so you get real room to move rather than a tight squeeze. Long reception tables line up under the 20-foot ceilings and wrought-iron chandeliers, with the stone fireplace anchoring one end and the polished concrete floor holding up all night. When cocktail hour starts, the full-length patio opens straight onto the gardens, letting guests spread outside while the room resets behind them. On-site parking for about 100 vehicles keeps the arrival simple for a group this size, and the space is fully ADA accessible. A coordinator walks your timeline with you at least twice before the day itself, so a 200-person floor plan gets worked out well ahead of time, not improvised on site. Bring your own florist, photographer, planner, or band, or work from our preferred list; catering comes from Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, the estate's two in-house caterers. If weather turns, every venue here has an indoor rain plan at no extra cost, decided together 24 to 48 hours out, so a 200-guest day never hinges on a forecast.
