Two hundred or more guests fills the Welcome Center's full 5,400-square-foot floor, and that scale is exactly what this room was built for: 20-foot ceilings and wrought-iron chandeliers overhead so the room reads full without feeling packed, long tables running the length of the space, and a stone fireplace anchoring one end for portraits or a lounge grouping. The full-length patio opens straight off the main floor, so cocktail hour can spill outside while catering resets the room behind closed doors, and on-site parking for about 100 vehicles keeps a crowd this size from spilling onto the road. At 220 guests you're at capacity, so your day-of coordinator will walk the floor plan with you at least twice to confirm how tables, dance floor, and band or DJ setup actually fit before anything is finalized. Robert Ryan Catering & Design and Tosco's Catering both know this room at full capacity and staff accordingly; you'll choose one of the two for the day. Your florist, photographer, planner, and entertainment are yours to bring, whether from our preferred list or your own. If the forecast turns, the indoor rain plan is already built around this same footprint at no extra cost, decided together 24 to 48 hours out, so a group this size never has to improvise a backup. The on-site construction and transportation museum can also be opened for guests by prior arrangement, giving a large gathering somewhere to wander between the ceremony and reception.
