Fifty guests sits comfortably in the Bank Barn, our restored mid-1800s post-and-beam barn, with room to spare rather than a tight squeeze. At this size the hand-hewn timber frame and string-light ceiling read as intimate rather than cavernous, and the sliding barn doors stay open to the adjacent lawn, where you can hold your ceremony before guests walk over for dinner. It is ground-floor access throughout, so setup and guest flow stay simple. The barn is not climate-controlled; the doors open for the breeze, which is part of its character, and every venue on the property carries an indoor rain plan at no extra cost, decided together with our team 24 to 48 hours out. Catering comes from one of our two exclusive in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering, so your kitchen logistics are handled from the start. Bring your own florist, photographer, planner, or entertainment, or work from our preferred list. Bar service runs through a licensed, insured bartender or caterer. Day-of coordination is included in your rental, and our team walks you through the timeline more than once before the date arrives, so a fifty-guest wedding here feels planned rather than pieced together. Tours run Tuesday through Saturday by appointment if you want to see the barn and lawn together before you decide.
