Under thirty guests is an intimate count, and at The Museum at Hoppenville you get the whole property to hold it, not a corner of someone else's bigger event. The Welcome Center is built for up to 220, so a group your size sits inside 5,400 square feet with room to spare under the 20-foot ceilings and wrought-iron chandeliers: your ceremony rows near the stone fireplace, dinner opens onto the full-length patio, and dancing has real space instead of a tight squeeze. If you'd rather trade scale for character, the Bank Barn seats about 150 and works just as well for thirty, with hand-hewn timber overhead, string lights, and sliding barn doors open to the adjacent lawn for your ceremony. Either way, day-of coordination is included in your rental, and we walk the timeline with you at least twice before the date arrives, so a small guest list still runs on schedule. Catering comes from one of our two in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering; bring your own florist, photographer, and musicians, or choose from our preferred list. On-site parking for about 100 vehicles means arriving is simple, and pricing for your date, day of week, venue, and season is laid out in full so you know the real numbers before you book a tour.
