At thirty to sixty guests, you have room to breathe inside the Welcome Center, the estate's 5,400-square-foot flagship built to hold up to 220. A group this size doesn't fill the floor: you can set a ceremony arrangement facing the stone fireplace, then open the same room to rounds and a dance floor without a hard reset, or use one end for seating and let the polished concrete floor carry an open lounge under the wrought-iron chandeliers and 20-foot ceilings. When the weather cooperates, the full-length patio extends your cocktail hour right into the gardens; when it doesn't, the room itself is your rain plan, decided together 24 to 48 hours out, at no extra cost. Parking for about 100 vehicles is more space than sixty guests will use, and the building is fully ADA accessible. Every rental here includes day-of coordination, and we walk you through the timeline with you at least twice before the date arrives. Pricing runs on a published matrix (day of week, venue, season) so you know real numbers early, not estimates. Catering comes from one of our two in-house caterers, Robert Ryan Catering & Design or Tosco's Catering; bring your own florist, photographer, or band, or choose from our preferred list.
